This hotel perfectly suits my needs, offering free Wi-Fi, a private beach, and a fitness center. The staff once guided me to a great food spot, which I cherish. I'm always pleased with their excellent service s.

Safe, fairly clean hotel with excellent friendly personnel from the restaurant manager helping. Savoury morning meal in the restaurant. Painless check in and late check out. Everything impressive.

The fine beachside and mountain view spoilt us with choices. The staff, including the attentive front desk and cheerful bar staff, ensured every need was met. Clean rooms and delicious cuisine made this a nice escape. Without a doubt, I'd choose this place again!

Would love to go back for one night, greatly enjoyed this place. The venue is clean, with great and brilliant location close enough to the duty free shop in Naama, and the bay. Lovely people are working there...

Its location

We found many ants on the bed, some of the towels were smelly.. Many of the workers at the hotel persist on the tips inappropriately, i really hate it.. and the workers cry loudly to call each others..

Beautiful water features, but noisy.

good location but inconsistent room comfort

The location was fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden view from my room. The chefs, Mohammed and Ahmed, consistently prepared excellent meals that impressed me!

The hotel was beautifully laid out with fine water features, including a lovely waterfall in the main building. The room cleaning staff were super friendly. The food was consistently of excellent quality, and the open beachfront area is perfect.

Services was slow

Hotel more than right knowing you're in Egypt. It's a Marriott and it's not at the same level of detail as other Marriotts in the world, because of the country and way of working, however, one is much better cared for and maintained than other hotels of similar categories in the same place, where I often go. Clean venue, careful, attentive staff.. pool is very big and nice. large rooms with terrace, they upgraded us to pool views and made us check in early as we were leaving at night and were a group. They behaved very well. buffet restaurant is pretty good; Sushi was not open at noon, other one I didn't even get to see, it was on the beach and it was too hot to visit; We were really going out at night, so they prepared us breakfast in a box already at 10 pm, quite a detail. close to the active area of Naama Bay, where you can walk perfectly (about 10-15 minutes), where there are all the shops, bars, terraces, restaurants and entertainment. It is very close to the airport, (5 minutes by car) so it is very comfortable for departures and not have to have much time to get there.

That there is no wifi in the rooms, that it is paid (although in those near the Lobby arrives); today, wifi should be general, not optional. (In the lobby, pool and common areas if it is free). Important to note that when you choose "beach" or "mountain" are not views of the room or orientation, two independent hotels, although the same, close, separated by the road. There is no problem and services of the Beach are for the Mountain, be clear that they are different buildings. To go to the beach from the Mountain, you have to leave and cross the road, 3 ways and traffic, although there is the zebra crossing in front and there are guards who as they want to help you and stop the cars (they go very crazy there). It's not much, it's enough to avoid being "inside the hotel". It's not a big problem, difference in price and so on I suppose it reflects it, you have to know it so you don't get a scare there. air conditioning in the room could not be regulated although it has a thermostat... on or off, there was no other option. If we had stayed longer we would have commented. Few amenities, only 1 bottle of gel, another of shampoo and a bar of soap, everything was just right.

The hotel had a great location near the beach and the staff was friendly, especially Mr Waleed at reception who made check-in a breeze. Some areas felt outdated and service could be slow at times .

It was very nice. Breakfast was very good. Every morning food was the nice needed a little change at least three times a week.

I did'nt like the bathrooms because there was no hole in the bathroom for the water to go. During taking shower water use to collect on the floor so we had to call the cleaner to come and clean the floor.
